Clifford Pierre Jr. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adifferentia. Mr. Pierre brings extensive knowledge and experience in management, sales, and customer service to Adifferentia.  Prior to this position, Mr. Pierre served as Customer Service Manager for Morris Kirschmans and Company, once the largest Home Furnishings Company in the Gulf South.

Before starting Adifferentia, Mr. Pierre earned valuable sales and service experience at some of America's top performing companies in America's, such as Procter & Gamble, Sears, H&R Block, UPS, Pepsi Cola, Healthmor, Mailboxes Etc., and the United States Postal Service, where he has performed in various positions of management, sales, accounting, and customer service. 

Mr. Pierre is a former graduate of St Augustine Senior High in New Orleans.  Mr. Pierre studied at the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Eastern New Mexico University, Clovis Community College, and Central Texas College.  While completing his collegiate education, he also served his country proudly in the United States Air Force as an Information Manager and as an Aircraft Flightline Traffic Coordinator.

During his youth, Mr. Pierre worked many years in the "family business" as a carpenter's helper for his father's home renovation's company.  There he learned first hand what is truly required to start, operate, and market a successful small business.

Mr. Pierre currently lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife, Wunpen, and has 4 children.
